What is GrowPilot?
GrowPilot is a production-grade plant health assistant. Upload a photo of your plant, share details about your growing environment, and receive an AI-powered diagnosis with clear, actionable recommendations.
GrowPilot identifies plant species, detects diseases and disorders, flags nutrient deficiencies, and recommends specific treatment steps. The diagnosis engine is powered by our specialized image-classification model, trained on 33,000+ plant species.
Each scan respects the environment you're growing in, soil type, indoor vs outdoor, temperature, humidity, and (for Cultivator-tier users) advanced parameters like VPD, CO₂, and light intensity.
Cultivator-tier users also receive an assistant-refined care plan, prioritized by urgency (do now / this week / ongoing) and grounded in your specific environment.

- How accurate is the GrowPilot AI diagnosis?
- Our model achieves >95% accuracy on common houseplants and crops. Each diagnosis includes a confidence score so you can judge how strongly to act on it. For confidence under 50%, GrowPilot recommends consulting a local plant expert.
- Do I need to create an account to scan a plant?
- Yes. Account creation with email verification is required before your first scan. This protects the platform from abuse and lets us save your scan history so you can track plant progress over time.
