1. Service Description

GrowPilot is an AI-powered plant health assistant that provides plant identification and health diagnosis based on user-uploaded images and environmental data. Diagnoses are generated by third-party AI models and should be used as guidance, not as a definitive professional assessment.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use GrowPilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Email verification is required before accessing the scan feature. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription Plans

GrowPilot offers free (Basic) and paid (Grower, Cultivator) subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your Settings page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Usage Limits

Each tier has defined scan and plant storage limits. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading to a higher tier. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits to prevent abuse of the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service by creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits, uploading inappropriate or non-plant images, or using the service in any way that could harm other users or the platform.

6. Disclaimer

GrowPilot provides AI-generated plant health assessments for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diagnosis or recommendation. For critical plant health decisions, consult a qualified agricultural professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowPilot shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to plant loss, crop damage, or financial losses based on diagnoses or recommendations provided by the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
